For the 3rd quarter your child is required to read and test on 2 chapter books OR 1 chapter book and 2 regular AR books. Your child is required to read at their current reading level. Your child's current reading level is determined by their previous AR scores and their winter SRI score. I am trying to encourage students to read at their reading level to increase their vocabulary and their reading skills. Please encourage your child to read their AR books at home during their 20 minutes of daily reading. It will help them in the long run so that they may stay on track and accomplish their AR reading goal by the end of the 3rd quarter. Happy reading!
