Early this morning in Punxsutawney, PA, Punxsutawney Phil (the famous groundhog of them all) predicted an early spring for his 125 annual weather forecast. For those of you that are weary of the winter weather, you have some hope for an early spring this year! However, the tradition of Groundhog Day is just that...a tradition. No matter which way you look at it, we will still have 6 more weeks of winter. The season of spring does not officially start until March 20, 2011...another 6 weeks from now.
