Our first field trip in fourth grade is to go to Portage, Wisconsin, to visit the Surgeon's Quarters and the Old Indian Agency House. The Portage Field Trip is scheduled for Tuesday, October 8th, 2010. We will leave at 8:20 AM and be back to school by 2:30 PM. Students will need to pack a cold lunch that we will eat and enjoy at Pauquette Park. PLEASE BE SURE TO DRESS WARMLY!!!! It is an outside field trip and we will be eating outside as well. Students may bring money to purchase souvenirs at both places. The first 3 parents/guardians that express interest in going, will have the first opportunity to go. ALL CHAPERONES MUST BE APPROVED BY MR. GIERACH THIS YEAR.
